Really? Every one knows this? I guess you don't hang out with anyone that races. Well at least anyone that races and hopes to win. Or even finish. Lol Chevy only excels in the racing world because it's cheap horsepower anyone can work on. Racers have grown so complacent with rebuilding engines all the time that it's no big deal to them. I will agree and disagree with you on this. On a local level the cost is a factor. My motor alone is in that 18,000 dollar area. That amount on that other brand gets you 2/3rd of the way there. It still is hard to get h.p. numbers on the same c.i. in a Ford vs Chevy. Now on the disagree end. On the upper levels there is no cash shortage. Both motors will be rebuilt every weekend, no questions about it. And at the end of a long hard fought battle of a Championship. If you want to be the last one to walk across the stage and hold the hardware. You better be in a Chevy.

From what I've read don't play mindless fetch with it and don't let others play mindless fetch with it. If it's going to be a retriever make retrieving it's job. Playing fetch is ok but make sure it follows the rules still. This is right on the money.

I personally wouldn't go with all thread. I think it would be hard on rifling. I would go with a piece of brass rod and tap it out.

one I dont think I said that. Two I don't think I needed to say that. Three I didn't say it because I thought it was known by all. Really? Every one knows this? I guess you don't hang out with anyone that races. Well at least anyone that races and hopes to win. Or even finish. Lol

If a CF catches a catfish to sell for a meat fish or a fish to sell for a pay lake. Guess what there is still one less fish in the river. Doesn't matter where it goes. So no I don't see how it has any effect.

Have found their kills a couple times. Biggest cat I've ever gotten was taken with my hounds, 52lb's. I'm sure he would have been capable of taking an adult doe. All the kills I have found were yearlings. Also noticed it took the brains of a Walker dog to get the job done. Nice looking hounds.

Bobcats some day will be like coyotes. If not kept in check. A good one will be a dead one.

Everyone has a opinion and it just that, a opinion. My opinion. Females are easier to train. Males have more drive and desire. As for spayed idk. I leave them all intact. You might want a pup later.

Now we've stretched from cutting a limb out of the way to dropping trees and planting food plots. Lol If you can't see the difference.... So much for common sense lol I think if you go back to the beginning and read the thread again you'll find someone already wanting to put out food plot on public land. People regularly cut live trees in HNF around me to make room for their camp sight, put up "meat poles" and throw tarps over. I can take you to one right now they build right across the road from their previous dump where HNF just put up posts to stop it 2 years ago. If this camp is along the road and there doing that much damage when why don't a HNF personal or CO do something about it?

We hunted a ranch south of town called Hot Tea Camp. MY.. Small world... I hunted the Flowers Hot T way back when we all shot recurves... Compounds had not been invented yet. I climbed Horsefly Peak many times and hunted over on Sage Hen a lot. Price for the week then was $75 ...meals included. NR tags was $25 Next year it was $150...meals included.. NR tags still $25. That year the crew from Bowhunter Magazine hunted there, wrote an article for the magazine and then next year the price went to $300. I never went back after that.. $300 was three weeks wages for me then.. I started hunting up on the Umcompaghre Plateau after that.. Hank's Valley I mostly deer hunted and the the only elk I killed was by Haystack Mountain south of Glenwood Springs. If they would invent some flat land elk I'd hunt them again.. Wow, it is a small world. I think the last time we were out there the cost was 750 with meals. And I do mean meals. They sure did feed you.

Its 18 degrees and feels like 10 and a FULL moon... Duh...what am I doing going deer hunting? Going back to bed and thinking about going up later on today... It's 6 here. Have a 55 minute drive into work. With full moon and snow it was like daylight. Didn't see a single deer.

Warm night with a honey bun in a 5 gallon bucket with a 220 over the entrance and you will have you a coon. And anywhere from .50 cents to a dollar. minus the cost of honey bun and gas...lucky to break even. I do understand making $ is Jon's objective though. I did that for several years just to learn and prove that I could do it. Fun times but takes too much of my time now. Have not set a line in 10 yrs. I'm right there with you on the time. My work, family, racing and daughters barrel horses take care of most if not all of my time. Last couple years have done some beaver removal for a couple farmers. Still a good time and a lot of fun.

I archery hunted in the Montrose area several years ago. There were several elk in that area. Have been wanting to go back but haven't made it. I and Friends hunted on a private ranch out in Montrose County, Colorado. This Rancher's property was HUGE, and he and some of his family members help build the little town of Crawford, Co., where we stayed. He passed away several years ago and I believe his Nephew & also Cousin (Oscar) got his ranch. The Rancher's name was Stewart Collins, you might have heard his name from folks out there. SUPER NICE GUY! Saw lots of Elk out there and even had to pass on one 6 X 6 Bull once because he was in an area where it would be impossible to retrieve him. He was way deep in a ravine, so I guess the old boy new where to stay put during Elk season. We hunted a ranch south of town called Hot Tea Camp.

Was told maybe they won't pack a full punch as new ones, could possibly shot low. Main thing is the slight color difference, they are different and would shoot different. I'm having hard time getting good pattern, (never had before) was told buy new pellets I'm not sure about the pellets, but black powder gets stronger with age. Not weaker.

I always trim lanes on public ground with a chain saw. I trim them wide enough that I can haul my unmarked stand back there in my truck. Then I hang it close to that dumb ... that hiked all the way back there in the brush with his. Then that long lane makes a beautiful shooting lane to air out my HPR. All I ask is stay out of my area. It's the one with the above mentioned lane. Marked with tape and reflectors. And the pile of empty coffee cups at the road. And IDK who came up with the "bundle license" but 3 isn't a bundle. The 9 that I took back there was a "bundle".

Doubt it. Without the balls being sent to the league or officially tested all you have is the Giants word .... it was around 40* at gametime. All I'm saying if there is any, I mean ANY doubt. After the first witch hunt. They should have been tested by the NFL. It all comes down to who is holding who's balls I guess.
