A judge can declare the "Presumption of death" without a body, remains or a witness to the act. There are a lot of pieces to the puzzle that a prosecutor must place together in order to put that before a judge or grand jury. It's not an easy thing to do.
My guess is there's a lot more going on in this investigation than what the public is being told. I would hope that any prosecutor or investigator, that's worth anything, would hold their cards close to their chest as to not taint their investigation.
I can't say I'm familiar with this case but, it does sound interesting.

Well, it was low on antifreeze. And I mean LOOOW! I put 1 and half gallons in. I gotta keep a close eye on it to make sure it's not leaking.

Slow start. I think 5 shots so far. Complete snow blanket, they will stand out big time if they show face. Bad news, I left my snacks at home. Did you unplug it and let it reset for 10 seconds? My mechanic has me on the monthly blinker fluid program. $100 a month and he checks it, tops it off, changes filter every 4th check and an annual flush. My heaters work great. For a $100 a month, he should rotate the air in your tires too. At least every other month. |

Looking good! I'll have to check out those whiskey burgers too.
I use that Buffalo Trace seasoning on my steaks sometimes. I'd definitely be interested in trying the Blackstone whiskey burger seasoning.

The heat in my wife's 2008 Chrysler Aspen (5.7 Hemi) keeps going in and out. One minute it's fine, the next, cool air, and back and forth.
Heater core issue or something else?

My friends been having a rough patch lately so I let him come hunt my place. Told him where to sit and I’ve been seeing them. 15 min into his hunt tonight he dropped a good one He’s not on this forum so I’ll block his face lol.. not a bad 6, he’s happy with him  You're a good buddy!
