Okay, guys, I'm in my tree that I hunt out of in that spot. Very large tracks all up and down the logging road that passes this tree, and lots of acorn "tops" left from deer dining heavily on the white oak acorns along it. I'm probably 200 yards from that other property corner. Actually, the deer start out through here, jump the fence 20 yards east of me to another property, pass through the corner of it, then jump the fence onto this guy's grandpa. They bed up the hill from me to the west in a thick ravine below a large wooded spring that creates a shallow pond. sounds like an awesome spot!

Had a camera stolen this year, first taste of it and it's definitely a sour pill to swallow. The only thing I can hope for is a couple of kidney stones to plague whoever took it. did it get stolen from mississinewa?

Ive used rage the last couple of years, this is just the first ive used the Hypodermics. I almost made the choice to go with fixed blade, just out of fear of a mechanical not opening properly. But i have zero complaints out ot any of the Rage broadheads ive used. Like i said im 4-4, and im pretty set these are what ill stick with. if it ain't broke don't fix it!

Went out last night and saw 21 from stand. Hunting over a turnip and forage oats field. All does and fawns. Had only 1 mature doe in range and she had triplets with her so let her walk. Had several yearlings close but don't shoot yearlings so just a nice evening on stand enjoying the outdoors. Interesting tidbit. The field is approx. 3.5 acres half planted to Whitetail institutes Winter Greens and other half Whitetail Institute Pure Attraction. With 100% certainty I can tell you the deer preferred the Pure Attraction over the Winter Greens as they all headed to that side of the field to feed. that's awesome wish I could see that many all year! Some of you are very nlessrd to hunt some awesome land! Don't take it for granted! Lost my place in Fulton county to a lease.brst spot I've ever hunted for sure was nothing to see 20 deer a sit. Now though hunting public land and 1 little tract of private lucky to see 1 every 5 or 6 hunts maybe even more!

I've switched from muzzy to rage last year. And the furthest deer made it maybe 20 yards! The other dropped in it's tracks. blew through 1 shoulder and out the other. Really does a number on them! Quick clean kills imo.

They are very hard headed and stubborn dogs. But kind of reminds me of myself... Lol. But very loyal loving dogs. Yep...they will chew up EVERYTHING when young...get them a cage and make them stay in in when your gone or there in trouble. Watch there weight also there breed is know for having back problems ....less weight less problems. Restrict there jumping off high objects also... The Two I got are litter mates and spoiled rotten. my male has been spoiled rotten since day 1! Lol. And I'm sure my little girl will be also. There into all kinds of mischief that's for sure. I've had and been around alot of dogs but I'd have to say there some of the coolest little dogs ever! They all have their own personality. And it's definitely bigger than they are....

Well thank you very much! N falls posted them for me. And believe me i wasn't much for them eithier really until I got my wife the red male! And he turned out to be most loyal fishing buddy! Love the little guy to death and he loves fishing bass tournaments with me! And let me tell you I have a pitbull also and he is way more game than she is! So long story short my wife kind of took my pitbull over also so I said I'm getting me a dog so I've got me another little fishing buddy. And hopefully I can teach her how to blood trail also! She's only 6 weeks old though so I'm going to try my male out this year if I get lucky enough to shoot one!

Havent had any luck in well over a year there with seeing many deer. Deer population seems to be down quite a bit around Salamonie and Mississinewa areas. I know well over a dozen guys that hunt there and only 2 of them got a deer last year. I think I ended my season last year at 8 straight weeks without seeing a single deer from my stand. geez that's brutal... I only hunted it 3 or 4 times last year and saw 2 does my first siting. But that was it..... Have you ever hunted the jalapa area?
