Neither north or south won. We lost. 14th amendment was never ratified by congress. So it's not an amendment. Congress just went ahead a pretended it was. There are also 2 more amendments that weren't ratified. There is a large group of lawyers trying to push this to the supreme court. I don't think Congress ratified any amendments. Amendments to the constitution are ratified by the states.

Congress doesn't ratify amendments. They are presented and must pass a 2/3 majority of both chambers. Next they go to the governors of each state and must be accepted by 3/4 of their state legislatures.
So I would say zero are ratified by Congress, since that is not the way the constitution works.

www.constitution.org/cons/wellregu.htmBasically the citizens are the militia and well regulated meant prepared for war. From my understanding of history it was there for a time when the government became corrupt and tyrannical so the citizens could reset through force.

Has anyone actually measured the projectiles loaded in the cartridge.

It looks like the drawing shows the bullet diameter to be .357. Am I not looking at it correctly? The barrel diameter is irrelevant, only the cartridge and projectile matter.

It maybe considered a legal firearm on private property, depending on the length of the brass..... Same for public land.

I like it, may get one for my public land hunts. It would be perfect for Big Oaks.

I believe the negative interactions on sites like this and others could easily drive away someone new to hunting. Absolutely! That's why I always loved the positive interactions, the encouraging posts and REASONED, POLITE debates. The arguments are unpleasant, and I believe a lot of quality people don't want to engage in negativity. I mean, I don't sit around holding crystals amid clouds of incense or anything, but I like a peaceful environment. when I see arguments and negative comments, even here, I just want to stay away. If I was new to hunting and came here, and instead of reading about what people learned or seeing pics of their adventures I saw arguing and foolishness, I might draw the wrong conclusions about outdoorsmen. Fortunately we keep it to a minimum around here. I completely agree, although it takes a lot less negativity to drive people away than it does positivity to attract them.

Any chance anyone on here would have a lead on a lease in Kentucky? I've already looked at some of the big leasing agencies, just nothing in the right area. I would prefer within 90 minutes of Meade County.
