What's needed to convert a 556 AR to .350? New barrel, I converted mine. I also added a new freefloat barrel nut and handrail. Those aren't neccessary though.

From the guide: Hunters, including those using archery equipment, must meet hunter orange requirements while hunting for deer during firearms (Nov. 16-Dec. 1, 2019), muzzleloader (Dec. 7-22, 2019) and special antlerless firearms (Dec. 26, 2019-Jan. 5, 2020) seasons. I'm pretty sure everyone must wear orange when hunting deer from Dec. 26, 2019-Jan. 5, 2020. False.....it’s never been that way!! Only if firearms are allowed in that county for the late anterless season. According to Morrison, it used to be that way. hunt-indiana.com/thread/48783/another-hunter-orange-question According to the link Woody posted, they changed the language in 2017.

I knew they had talked about changing it, just couldn't remember if they had yet.

And most of that is "Antler Buck" increase. Which makes sense based on the drop in antlerless quotas.

Was drawn for tomorrow, but looks like a washout.

I've hunted 9 times during gun season and only sat in the same spot once.

Shot a doe and missed a buck. First deer with the 350 legend. How did it preform? She only ran 20 yards, but she didn't leave much blood. Not sure if it was the projectile or the shot location.

That's an axis II, so that's a very good price on the rifle (especially with a $30 rebate). I've never ordered online from this company, so I'm not sure how much it would cost you for to transfer it to you local dealer and how much fees from your local dealer would be, but on the surface that's a good deal. No tax plus free shipping. My FFL charges $15 so it's cheaper than the sales tax would be.

What is the date to start putting stands on public ground? I know the removal date is sometime in January. I also know the DNR removes several every year that are left past their time Noon September 15th

I converted my AR. I'm pretty happy with accuracy and recoil. Hopefully I will get to use it on a deer this fall.
