Orange is a good idea, don't like the way it is written at all. It should be written so the "caps" satisfy the requirement. An "official" Yea or Nay should be forthcoming soon. Patience is a virtue.

Oh, I'm so sorry. I forgot this thread was about Horn Porn, and not logic. But I digress.

And early this morning, while checking the zero and practicing with a couple of '06 Elk rifles, I took the time to watch 2 does behind me grazing, then they crossed the lane, then browsing on the hillside to my right, then across the range stopping to nibble a bit, then disappearing up the hill on my left. Yeah, that human interdiction really bothers them.

Sounds like a repeat of the all the comments that came forth when the first Hunter Orange rules were brought on board years ago.

Our recently retired Master ICO has, over his career, informed many a group of interest individuals that one and only one sign is required by law, and that is at the "main entrance" to the property. But with so many "bubbas'" out there, he suggested that you put up as many as you can afford or be comfortable with. Be prepared though for, "uh dint see no fence, uh dint see no sign, I 'aint hurtin nuthin". The one sign at the main entrance is just to reinforce the fact that it is private property. Good luck, and if you ever feel the need to call a ICO for someone trespassing, one of the first sentences out of your mouth should be, "I'm willing to prosecute." Some will not come out if you just want him [or her] to run them off. That just means they will be back because they know there will be no repercussions.

Yupper Doodle! That's what the whining is all about. Covers that top real good. Not sure what holds it on. Velcro, string ties that come with it or just conjure up ones own ties.

Some 'guvmint employee screwed up and put the Weather people as the purchaser, when it meant to be the the Fisheries people. Still, most agencies are now on quarterly qualification procedures. Even our local PD does the quarterly thing now.

Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement wants 46,0000 rounds of 40 S&W. Our best lead mine is down to low grade extract, and we now import a lot of copper. And the beat goes on.

As one who experienced the blizzards of '77 and '78, I just might be in a bit of disagreement on whether or not, any deer might have died of starvation in Indiana. The -60 wind chill, combined with uncommon amounts of snow fall, and snow drifts in many areas that were anywhere from 3-4 feet, to as high as 15 feet. That would put anyone in their mid 30's lacking onsite knowledge of historical factors. That time period was brutal!

Exposure would only mean more pressure to stop what he's doing. Wealthy folk hate bad press and tend to back peddle. I didn't start anything, just trying to keep it rolling.

There will be alot more blinds missing this year because of someone stealing them. You are putting a "here I am, come take me" sign on it. Orange while occupied. Someone is going to try and steal it while your in it? Or did you mean they will stake it out and wait until you leave?

I have come down the hill into town on more than one occasion, and saw a brown haze from all the motor traffic. And now our illustrious Mayor is tickled that I69 will go down through the valley. Whoopee!
