When you claim to know more than trianed, paid professional biologists, you loose any credibility you might have. Years of experience in the field, doesn't equate to the vast knowledge of deer management that professional biologist have. Any person who is qualified enough to be the head deer biologist of a state, any state for that matter, could eat your lunch in a one to one discussion on deer management. Try it sometime. \ You just continue to amaze me with your imagined superior intelligence. Just how do you figure that any biologist in this state has this vast knowledge of Whitetailed Deer management that you speak of? Because they went to College and received a wildlife biologist degree? Because they try to manage a deer herd from an office in Indianapolis? Are you a "biologist"? Last time I checked with the local Colleges, they didn't offer a Bachelors degree in Whitetailed Deer Management. You're pretty easy to figure out. Since you generally agree with what the "biologists" are feeding you, then they are these extremely intelligent people with this "vast knowledge" of deer management expertise. If someone doesn't agree with you, then they get labeled as an anti-hunter, as you tried to label me. As I stated before, I've read enough of your posts to say I'm not even the slightest bit impressed. Now, I've had numerous one on one conversations with these biologists and I ended up eating my own lunch. Chad Stewart and I have had numerous conversations, and I mean numerous, and we don't agree on many things. I can assure you he came away from our conversations with some things to think about, he admitted as much. Doesn't mean he's going to change his philosophies, but at least I got him to think about some other options. I don't claim to know everything about deer management, but I do know something about deer management. Worshipping the biologists just because you happen to agree with them, is a really quick way to lose what little credibility you had.
