They want to change US 30 from Ohio to Illinois to limited access dual lane. I am sure they will take out a lot of woods and wetlands with this project. The new AMAZON facility in Ft Wayne has nothing to do with this.

I am not selling any components. I do not see an end for some time. I am in decent shape for several of my guns but replacement cost worries me. New normal I guess.

"COUNTRY" music is just Rock&Roll with a twang anymore. I do not watch most award shows. I cannot remember the last one I saw. Most have become a platform for whatever cause or candidate they want to support.

Come up through Texas go east and shut down the Mississippi River? They probably do not want anything to do with California.

It somehow came up on a search on Gunbroker. I don't have access to the machines that would be able to run this anymore. I see it has been taken down now. 17-4 is a real bear to machine. My experience with it is a tool will be cutting fine then without warning it is bad.

www.gunbroker.com/item/893729759Has anyone assembled one of these? I am guessing but there seems to be a lot more than 20% work to do. If I build one I am going to use 35 Whelen as the cartridge. Gunstores seem to always have some on the shelf. I can't find blueprints either. Or the other parts. 17-4 is a joy to machine too.

I wonder if the Cicada Killer Wasps are even out. Around here they feed on the normal emerging variety. They sure did a number on them around here though. It is just in the last couple of years that we have heard singing after their 2008 invasion.

My 1987 Ford F150 had a high pressure fuel pump under the hood. I had occasional cutouts but no warning lights. When it failed I had nothing. It had pumps in both tanks that fed a pump in the back that fed the HP pump.

My son was over tonight. When he went out the door I did not see him leave. I looked out and he called me over. In the sky I could see three lights moving Northeast across the sky. As my eyes adjusted I could see several more. It looked like a string of Christmas light. Turns they were the Starlink Satellite "train". You should be able to plug your zip code into the link for times when they will be visible. james.darpinian.com/satellites/?special=starlink

My brother liked the Zebco that was half closed face, half open. I don't know if they make it anymore. The Zebco One was a step up from the 33. I had one for my son and it worked good if tension was kept on the line when taking up slack.

Are there bats in there? Bat caves were sought out for Civil War powder production.

Thats pretty cool. How many boxes did ya get? Just clean the barrel when your done shooting is all ya have to do. I shoot old 8mm mauser ect out of my old military rifles. Just swab the barrel like you would clean any barrel and it won't corrode. I just picked up the one box, it was all they had. If it was not steel and corrosive I would shoot it. It would make a great addition to a display or photo shoot of a USGI 1911.

Anybody have any info regarding cheap or free tress from the DNR? I heard that there was a program out there but haven't been able to find anything. Very good program very well priced only down side it’s a 100 bundle on each tree unless you buy one of the special packages Got around 25000 at my moms house and a bit more here through forestry programs any questions ask had lots of experience with them and dealing with them Ya that’s 60,000 tres I’ve planted in my lifetime Probably move just put 3000 in this spring with them and another 150 with another member on here we split 300 pines Treetop You should be able to declare a carbon credit on your taxes. Good on you. I split some with my brother. The Silver Maples and Surviving Norway Pines have done very good.

Bought this at auction today. The picture showed a different colored cartridge but I just blew it off as lighting as many pics were not very good. Turns out it was made at the Evansville Chrysler plant in 1943. As soon as I touched it with a magnet I realized it was steel case. Price was right in fact lower than 45 FMJ. Upon more inspection and a simple Google search I found out it is steel jacketed too. A couple of threads also said it has corrosive primers. So that it unfirble in my book. This link has a ton of info on the production at the plant and more details on what headstamps and box code mean. Looong read. forum.cartridgecollectors.org/t/ww2-cal-45-acp-repack-evansville-ordnance-plant-chrysler/16564/48A brass round next to the steel. The box labeling and codes. Headstamps.
