I buy this to spray outside. www.keystonepestsolutions.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=426I don't spray around any flowers because it's deadly to bees. But there is a residual if it doesn't rain for keeping skeeters at bay, and it also works on ticks, etc., etc. 2-3 fl. oz. in 60 gallons of water. For the clothes, I buy the 20 oz container at TSC. Search on here, there was a thread a while back on how to use it for clothes. Spray on, let dry, then wear them. I believe the ratio was 1 oz of the permethrin to 19 oz water. The drift of the spray can kill hives 30 feet away. I few landowners have been sued and and some arrested for using it to kill neighbors hives. That's why watching spray drift, wind direction, etc., all come into play when using pesticides. I am leery spraying in above 7 mph winds, and won't spray anytime the wind is over 10 mph. A client's not so nice neighbor who is known to be sue happy that is across the street to the West tried to say that me spraying Glyphosate on the customers driveway caused his garden to die. His garden is approximately 75 feet off of the road with a lawn between the road and the garden, plus the road is 15 feet wide. I have a hand held weather device that tells Humidity, barometric pressure, wind direction, wind speed, wet bulb, etc. I took notes and pictures, knowing how he is. I got a letter saying that I owed him "$" for his garden and lost veggies or I'd hear from his attorney. I replied back basically saying go fly a kite, let me hear from your attorney. So I got a letter from his attorney. I replied to the attorney with all the data that I had from that day: what I used, at what rate, spray nozzle size, spray boom pressure, what dye I used to mark the spray pattern, and data showing that the wind was coming from the neighbors to my customers at 4-6 mph, etc., etc. I included pictures showing the neighbors lush green lawn and the dead garden. I also sent data from the National Weather Service for that location and date. I asked the attorney if he could explain three things to me. 1) How spray drift will go upwind, and 2) Please explain to me how his grass didn't die but the garden did. 3) If the overspray killed his garden, why wasn't the grass and garden blue like the areas that I sprayed? I never heard another word about it.

Yes it’s safe. We’ve even sprayed it directly on our skin with no adverse reactions after getting seed ticks all over. Been using the concentrate for a long time and have had no issues with irritation or anything and it keeps the ticks away. Same. Just bought a new quart from Rural King, $20. Similar at TSC. I mix it up in a pump sprayer and let her have it all around the house and garage, wood shed, unfinished basement, etc to cut down on spiders and bugs. Noticeable difference. That is wild! I never would have thought that a rat snake would be able to catch and eat a baby rabbit. Just another reason I don't care for snakes I bet those were still in the nest and couldn't move very fast.

How much savings for the average Turkey loads? The price factor never crossed my mind. Personally…I shoot 2 shells a year at the most. Define an average turkey load. I reload all my shotshells except for steel, so I have all the equipment and components. I purchased enough stuff to reload turkey loads a few years back. All I need is the #9 TSS. You can fine tune the load in regular lead shells to get it to pattern better by changing components. Different wad, different powder, even a different primer makes a difference at least when it comes to PSI of the load. If you spend much time at a pattern board shooting different "identical" shotguns and chokes, you will see that each gun is different and no load will shoot the same in two different shotguns. Now the price of TSS shot makes that pretty cost prohibitive but things can be changed around by looking at the published data.

The guy I buy from Hal. When you buy from him he will give you the loading info he had tested to use if you want. Can you put up a link where you got it? I'd like to buy a pound of #9's now that they are legal. I looked for mine last night and while I found EVERYTHING (hulls, wads, etc., etc.) I didn't have the TSS in the same box. They were #7's that I had bought anyway. I have some #7 copper plated lead already loaded so I'll see how they pattern @ 40 yds once the rain stops.

I shot a 2 ox load #6's from Federal that I have had for probably 20 years. Turkey loads, sorta like a flight control wad - the wad went 40 yds....
8 1/2"x11" paper had 40 pellets in it. I did much better with my 1 3/8" oz load of buffered 6's.
Now at 20 yds the 3/4 oz load of #8's that I used to check point of aim was all in an 8" dia circle.....
I really NEED to reload some of the TSS that I have.....I might try 1 3/8 oz of that if I have time. No need to change the recipe except change the shot and use a wrap inside the shot cup to help protect the barrel.

We used to get a $1.00 a tail from local farmers when I was a kid, those things will decimate a bean field. Ain’t bad eating either, sorta tastes like chicken!🤣 I'll stick with regular yard bird that has feathers, thank you! Give me your address and I'll box up the next one I get.

Only found 12 small grays about the size of a thimble. I found a fallen tree that looked like it was loaded with chicken of the woods last year. Can’t remember will chicken of the woods come back year after year? It normally does. There is a false one that pops up in August that doesn't taste good, wait until October to look for them.

They are out and causing problems already. I walked behind the pole barn and saw a big pile of dirt at two spots. Took a closer look and the thing made it under the concrete...... So I set a Conibear 220 at each hole and this morning it was dead in one of them. It was killed coming out and I set them about 1pm yesterday. Female, no sign of nursing yet. I reset the trap to see if someone else was home, or is checking out the new "vacancy" sign. I just have to make sure the my dogs stay away...... Now to try and figure out how to get most of the dirt back under the concrete after I'm sure they are all gone. I am writing off that flower bed for this year, I will dig it up about 18" deep and lay down a roll of cyclone fence, then cover that with the dirt. This ain't going to happen again.

Went by myself yesterday and brought home five bass and 15 crappie. The crappie still had eggs. This spring is weird. Crappies spawn when Forsythia bloom - water temp 60-65. Bass 63-70ish typically when Lilacs bloom and BLuegills 72+ typically when cottonwoods are sending their fluff all over the place. Last 2 weeks ago in my pond I had 51°F water temp.

Heard one shot at 8:20 so far. No turkeys here yet, but pretty much every other sign of life is thriving. Hang tight, you know they will come there.

What are you using for lube? A buddy was having problems with his Buckmark pistol. Using Rem Oil. After sitting for a while it seemed to dry out. I lubed it for him using a concoction that I was given and it works fine.
Maybe yours just likes to be run "wet"?
Make sure the first shot counts!!!
A buddy was having problems with his SBE I cycling light loads. He never followed the factory recommendations of lubing it and running 100 rounds of heavy loads through it to break it in. I gave it a good cleaning, beat up my shoulder by running 100 rounds of 1 1/2 oz loads through it, cleaned it again and it will cycle 1150 fps 1 oz loads now. My next autoloader will be a SBE III
