My kid is only a sophomore, but is getting to start varsity cause a senior WR is out for the season. Kid caught his first pass last night for a touchdown, and the team won 30-0. Good deal. Big morale booster! |

IU shook off a shaky start to go 5-0 (first time since 1967). You don't win many games with 4 turnovers. Fun team to watch.
How bout them Wildcats upsetting #6 Ole Miss!

Georgia came roaring back and went up by one with 231 to play. Alabama received the kick off Then Alabama had a 75 yard touchdown , a 2 point conversion and back on top by 7 2:18 left -Ga to recieve |

This was mid 3rd qtr, the wife said she was headed to bed so I followed. I missed a good one. |

I have to say that sometimes I am an "old man" about phones and electronic crap everywhere....buuuuuut.....
My nephew is a senior at Triton and I am able to stream their games live or delayed on the school's Youtube channel (and they do a pretty darn good job). I miss home all the time, but getting to watch him and see Hoosier fall Friday nights warms me up inside. He is a hard working, hard nosed kid who doesn't shy away from anything. They are a pretty decent team and really put it on poor Caston tonight. Kinda sad this will probably be the last season with football in the family until the next generation (have one other nephew but don't think contact sports are his thing). Might even try to catch a Carroll game this fall when I am in Flora!!

NW got close (3 points) and then IU slammed the door with 14 unanswered points.

Vanderbilt beat #1 Alabama 40 to 35 at Alabama .
They were 23 point underdogs

My uncle still lives there. And Triton is having a good season, but that’s not unusual. |
