I saw 11 flying over 37 in Lawrence county this morning. Major push! Grab the decoys. We'll run traffic

We drove through the Goosepond on SR 59 last night on the way to a basketball game around 5:00. We saw MAYBE 50 birds total.

Spent the last 2 days outside fishing with my grandson on the pond, the weather was perfect to be outside however we never heard or saw the first sign of waterfowl.

not even the residents are flying around Indianapolis, seems like ducks go out every year without any good numbers around. This warm and wet wetter pattern hasn't helped I am sure.

FINALLY, FINALLY, FINALLY. We was on the birds. Hunted a private spot we have that's about 60 acres of beaver flooded woods. It was a long muddy walk and then a long wade in through stumps, weeds and water. But man was we in the birds and ended the day with 10 greenheads. Missed the X by a little but we still got the job done. Shame the season ends a week from today.

It must of froze up N of here. There are geese and cranes by the 1000's leaving the Refuge everyday and then returning every evening.

HORN: YOU SUCK!
parrothead: we up north have open water for the most part, only real small shallow wet spots are frozen. I think what your seeing might be birds heading back north with the strong south winds and 50 degree temps we have been experiencing. Yesterday I traveled from LaPorte to Lafayette and back by 2 different routes, only birds I saw were the Sandhill cranes that live around the Wheatfield generating plant.

I don't know about you duff, but I think you are a very SICK person. I prefer my red heads to be wrapped in lingerie if anything at all.
