I went a couple of days ago and only saw two. I am planning a hunt in a woods where I deer hunted this year. There I found the "mother lode" of squirrels. Let ya know the results.......

A buddy and I went hunting in the woods described in my post above this afternoon. The "mother lode" was not encountered but we saw about 6 squirrels and took 2. Both fox. This was North of Linton. A great hunt after worrying about scent, wind direction, etc, etc, of the deer season. Squirrel hunting has to be the epitome of relaxation, at least to me.

A friend and I went today. We each shot two greys. Should had 5 each but they were flighty and the woods were dry. Saw a bunch anyway. This was in Greene county.
