I probably would have bought some of the FMj for his time and thanked him but we ain't poor. I can tell you I deal with torqued off or otherwise distressed people alot these days so I have a level of understanding. One thing I know for sure running a small business you dont go to work or leave it is 24/7.

Dont think I could live off 42,000 training pay then 48,000 after completing training. I would have to sleep in my conservation truck. That seems to be the problem imo

Sometimes those old birds will work on the last weekend. They got hens bad, now. Big old gobbler schooled me all morning then I about ambushed him on the way out, I'm not too proud to go Indian on him.

I try to level on the base of the neck even at 50 yards, not saying you didnt but most mistakes are high and the pattern gets to sparse around the spine. I do shoot hevi so I know it will get through most of the bottom neck area. They are tough critters

We were close this morning. Lots of gobbling and had a lone young gobbler hang up at 8am. I think it is going to keep getting better. Congrats to everyone who scored. Crazy to only see one bird and hear about 10 gobbling! You know they are busy

What makes you so sure that the costs are ever going to "cool off"? I'd say there is a fair chance that todays prices may look like a bargain a year or two from now. Regarding the labor shortage, anybody worth a hoot is already employed at a good job. You either have to pay them enough to lure them over to your place of employment, or you have to hire green employees and train them knowing that a large percentage of those will wash out. It's really never been a better time to be skilled trades of some type. All the work you want, and you can pretty much demand top wages and benefits. The price of lumber may not, which will indirectly effect the housing market. Houses are currently inflated because of interest rates, more people are buying than are selling, once people start selling, prices will come down. $1 a foot 2x4, $35 osb. You couldn't build a decent sized pole barn for less than $60k, right now. Think a 16 foot long 2x12 (treated) set you back almost 80 bucks. Interest rates are still good and some are plodding on, but most of my builders have flat out quit.

As expected, the forecast already changed a lot. Now saying only up to ONE inch snow Tuesday. I think I will gamble and take it off no matter what. Only thing I dont like is high wind, so some rain, snow, or just cold wont bother me. I will be hunting! I've got plenty birds and good field if you need help can pull wheeler right up to blind. Oops that was a quote for dbd870 must have routed wrong but it applies to anyone that is disabled and needs help. I'm in greene county

In 30 years of experience I just haven't seen this scenario where a developer is dependent on drying out a true wetland. I have seen money and power grabs and lost property rights due to greenies sabatoging projects over puddles. It wasn't done right from the start. Think of all the good that could have been done with new wetland projects.

Passed House 58-40. Sent back to Senate because of changes. Passed Senate 31-19. Last ditch effort to get Governor to veto. Who knows? I hate politics. Just another failed all or nothing government attempt at destroying private property rights. Cry me a river, last I checked our waterfowl aren't endangered.

Ups just sent a piece of equipment to my address from two years ago, my supplier gave them the correct address on the order. My supplier is just sending me another one while they sort it out. Very frustrating!

I keep spraying them on my deck last couple weeks. They either see me coming and try to get away or straight up come at me and it is on. I've been stung enough to last me a lifetime. Always freaks out the cat when he is out there. Kind of a funny scene.

A black man, brainwashed by the Nation of Islam, killed a white cop with a car and had a knife. Completely almost impossible for the libtards to spin against the white devil and the bad orange man and guns. That is why it will go away quick. I don't know how you can make informed decisions financially and such if you don't watch the news, you are missing what is coming. But, must be nice.

I agree somewhat. Some tiles that break were used just to better drain a slow draining field. Too much left up to interpretation.
