Saw a couple bucks together out in a picked bean field feeding. One was a gnarly buck I have a ton of pics of.

Seen plenty deer after dark.
No fox but one hedgehog.

Sitting a stand on the west side of one of my private pieces. Tons of deer sign. Wind is good for where they’re usually bedded. Temps are much better today than they have been. Good luck to everyone in the woods tonight.

Hung my climber today after getting the ok from my doctor to climb.( hip replacement)
Jumped a big buck 30 yards in front of my tree ( killed 3 nice bucks out of this tree including a 186 a few years ago). No camera in this woods but plenty of sign. My wife found scrapes all around the woods edge and tracks every where. My first day out is Wednesday morning.

Got stand hung yesterday I usually don’t hunt till around Halloween. More sign in the cornfield than I have ever seen and the scrape that I shot the nice 10 out of last year has already been worn out. Just got the juices flowing that much more

Ended up seeing 7 deer (3 bucks and 4 does). Had another buck about 40 yards in the thicket rubbing a tree but never got a look at him. Really nice night in the woods.

I've had zero interest in deer hunting so far. The cool weather and stories from you guys are definately turning the page tho! Maybe a sit with Luke this weekend, then wont be till end of month before the schedule allows. Time is flying!
