all mine have flash on them. it doesnt seem to bother them to bad, cause one roll of film i just got developed two days ago the same buck used up over half the roll. the only time i have noticed them to be a lil jumpy is usually the first couple of weeks i just put them out. you can tell in the pics, then after that they all look calm as can be

i know Ryan, the one who runs that outfitter, and real good friend of one of his guides. they are good people. they get alot of hunters to come in. i think they are pretty much booked up for shotgun.

i hope they do it again this year becuase this farm i have to hunt the landowner recieved 40 dep. tags and i dont want to use them cause i can not even eat that many or find people that would need that many. i was hoping they were doing it again cause it would be for a good cause and it wouldnt be getting into my wallet either

I didn't think late beans were a good food source.....I know the deer like them early in the summer and they eat the shoots off them, but they don't hit them too much after that.
Beans that are left in the field are a deer magnet in late season!!!
Watch the hunting videos and a lot of the guys will have the farmers leave beans to hunt over during the late seasons.
Winter wheat will die out after the temp. gets around 20 to 25 degrees. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i agree, i think standing beans in late season can not be beat. alot of spots that i hunt we have planted winter wheat in after we cut the beans but they dont hit the wheat like they do the beans. i started planting a mix of round up ready corn and beans after we cut the wheat this summer and it is growing really well. and i saved a ton of money by not buying that biomaxx mix. we had round up beans left over that we couldnt take back but since we dont grow roundup ready corn i went to a seed corn company and they just gave me a 25lb bag of corn that they had left over from there test plots. going to go spray it tomarrow to kill all the weeds thats if it doesnt rain.

we average around 50- 60 bushles per acre on our beans. it might be hard to get him to leave some because i cant even get my dad to leave little spots out like that

i am with ahawkeye.there are alot of things people would like to change but you can wish in one hand and you know what in the other and see wich one fills up first. but i dont think that gun season this year will be on the peak of the rut this year because it starts on 19th this year. i think it will be on the tail end of it. but i would rather bow hunt any day over gun but when the opurtunity presents itself ill pick up the gun. but this year opening of gun week ill be in illinios bow hunting so it doesnt bother me any way i look at it.

i wish oklahoma was like that when i was in school out there i had to buy all three tags. you could use a bow during muzzleloader or rifle but you had to have a muzzleloader or rifle tag to check it in with even though you shot it with a bow

Big Neck Outfitters- it is in adams county right above pike. but they say that pike gets all the publicity and adamas, schuyler, hancock, and brown counties have better bucks that are in pike county. they had 5000 acres last year and when i talked with them a couple months ago i think he said that they picked up 1500 more. check'em out the website is bigneckoutfitters.com. the picks on it are from season before last he hasnt put last years on it yet

i went to illinois last year and hunted with and outfitter and going back because i seen some big ones missed a nice one and and the best thing was is that i had a ball with the people that were there and the outfitter i went with prices dont even come close to all the other outfitters outrageous prices. the only thing i didnt understand was when i put in for the draw the first day they opened it they took my money right then on my card and the official drawing was not till the last to days of july. i told the guys were i went and hunted that and they said that illinois wants all the money they can get then they would refund you if you so happened to not get picked
