I’ve had a couple instances. One was a spot I only hunted late season was just field and fence rows that ran to other blocks of woods on that section. I only hunted it late season because the deer would winter on that section. The guy that owned the smaller woods that butted up to it and also had a house in it. Which we went to church together when I was younger. I always thought he was a good guy until I started hunting next to him. He left a note on my truck wanted me to call him about me hunting there. I told him I had permission from my cousin and wasn’t on him. He even came out one day and confronted me about 45mins before legal was up. Saying I better not be trespassing on him. I said that’s funny cause your the one trespassing right now cause he was standing on land my cousin owned. So after that he would see me parked and everytime he would start his leaf blower up and start walking around the woods right behind me. He wasn’t against hunting because he said his son hunted his woods. He just didn’t want me there. And magically my blind and camera disappeared at the end of season. He claimed he didn’t take it but I’m willing to put money on it either him or his son did. Then another time was a place we farmed in Marion county by German church road. Crazy guy on the corner would block our entrance with big logs and he even went so far and took my stand down. Luckily that was when Spartan cell cams first came out so was able to get pics of him when he did it. Called the landowner and he said he was going to have a talk with him and also called the CO to have a chat with him. Landowner told me not to mess with him cause he was bipolar. We ended up giving that ground to another farmer that farmed by there cause it was to much of a pain to move equipment there so I just quit hunting there.

I run recoynx and exodus. Both have 5yr warranty. I think by far recoynx is the best out there I hardly ever have to upload a hd photo on the app they are that clear. I have 6 of them running and cost 37.45. Granted if you want on demand option that’s a extra 5

Does live from the interstate count? If so, Deer Down!!! Nope, it wasn’t me. Heading east on I-74 A few minutes ago, around mile marker 125 I see two deer running through a cut bean field and all of a sudden one of them spins around in a dizzying circle and flops to the ground! I did not see any wrecked vehicles but maybe it was hit. My other thought is that somebody in the neighboring woods had success this morning! Just seemed kind of crazy seeing that on my morning cruise! Crazy I got a small buck at mile marker 124 Saturday night on my way back. So if you see a little dead buck in the median right before the mill creek bridge on east bound side that be the one I clobbered. And one of the St. Paul police that was coming to give me a accident report had one run into the side of him when he was getting ready to find a turn around to come to me.

I’ve have 2 xop vanish stands and a lone wolf alpha that I use with lone wolf sticks for when I’m hunting in Illinois or do a hang and hunt here not a whole lot of difference between the xop and lone wolf besides the main stem and the seat cushions. The seat cushion that come with the xop isn’t any good. I wanted to throw it out the first 15 minutes the first time I used the stand. The thin little cushion on the lone wolf is 10times more comfortable. I upgraded them to the thicker cushion xop makes. They are a little better but not much

Was cutting beans about week and half ago and had a buck locked down with a doe with two other smaller bucks lingering around. When they would bed down you couldn’t see them a bit. Finished the last field today and there was a small buck all by himself bedded in the middle of standing beans. I could go on and on of how many deer we have jumped bedded in the middle of standing bean fields.

Prolly just get a slap on the wrist. The guy I turned in shot a buck outside of urban zone and tagged it as urban. Shot a doe same morning had a buddy tag it in. Later shot a buck in gun season. Got both bucks confiscated and equipment. Think he either had to pay 500-750 in fines and lost hunting license for one year I think you’re thinking of another guy but I’m drawing a blank on his name, hunted Indy metro area No I went to school with the guy I turned in. You prolly know of him.

Get more steep on them like Ohio and Illinois. Not just make them pay $500restitution fee back to the state.

I have the spartan go cam att version that I keep at one of my reduction zone spots. No complaints yet. What I read about them before I purchased was you want at least 2 bars of signal for better performance. You don’t have to get what your cell phone is through can get att Verizon sprint and us cellular. Only takes about a minute for the pics to be text to my phone or email. I’ve only had one problem and that was my fault I had a setting set to be staying on line waiting real commands and it runs your battery down quicker. Lasted 2.5months till I switched that. I can still switch all settings from my phone but will only update them when it connects to the server when sending pic. I have a year plan through att for $45 and I think it’s $3 to be able to use the app to be able to do real time commands from your phone.

News is saying it is supposed to rain good down your way. Prolly wouldn't be a bad idea if you can get it done today. If I seen this sooner I would have replied sooner

Shouldn't be a problem. They fly on turnips, radishes, and rye around here for some guys that do cover crops and always seems to come up good.
