.04" rain total. Some in area got up to a 1",. Forecast showing several more chances this week. Thankful for what we got , but still in need of a good soaker.

AMEN...Got some much needed rain. Poured for 30 minutes, then light and steady for hour and half. Hopefully get some more over next 3 days

Yea, this dry spell has pretty much wrecked my spring planted food plots. Hopefully fall plots will do better.

3.5 acre corn field went from this, to this in 9 days after applying nitrogen and getting couple good rains. (10" to 24" )

Our farmers are super early. Not uncommon for 3rd week in April to be in the ground, and we are as far north as you can get in IN.

Orginal plan was June 1 but mother nature did not cooperate. Want to mature late to be late season food source. This field joins a acre clover plot and will be seeding forage oats and brassicas next to it as well in couple weeks.
