I started on a backyard project recently. The cost of lumber caused me to go a different direction than originally planned. I'll add updates as it progresses. Some before pictures

Dang I didn't know it was that high. Left corner at about 10 o'clock if you are looki g out the door looks a little shy on grvel but I don't know anything about pouring concrete.

I would saw cut a joint the next day after the pour and pour it at least 4 inches. Looks good!

I’d run a conduit from the house out to your hot tip area save trenching when you install it

Yeah a power outlet along the wall would be a plus … I go with a ground fault outlet.

Looks good sir Now myself I would of ran power out for the outdoor bar with frig Ran some plumbing for the bar sink gas line for the built in grill and fire pit And let’s not forget the cable for the outdoor TV a water feature would of been nice but maybe that’s just a touch overboard

What’s your thinking on steps from the slider down to slab are you turning them sideways to run with the house

What’s your thinking on steps from the slider down to slab are you turning them sideways to run with the house I hadn't got that far in my mental blueprints yet. I hadn't thought about turning them. That might be a good idea.
