Oh ok. I used to have the jap version when I was a kid No recoil and did a great job on deer. The rifle was sporterized jap rifle by someone else and as a kid I bought it for $25 and the same day a box of ammo for $25 too. Lol, the ammo cost the same as the rifle. Kinda wish I still had it.

They are a sweet shooting gun. Designed it the same way P.O. Ackley would have done it.

Parker Thunderhawk. It's my last year to hunt this bow-only property. By this time next year there will be houses about 50 yards from my stand. Stinks, but is also what generates my paycheck.

If its not raining, I am taking my Shiloh Sharps 1874 in 45-70. Its a black powder Cartridge Rifle. I have made my own sabots out of melting lead. Its not an actual shiloh but a reproduction from Shiloh Sharps in Big Timber Montana.

You could legally hunt with a drum mag, just 10 total in it. With that being said, I am using 10 rounders just for maneuverability, lol.

I haven't shot a deer with my 300 Blackout yet, I may take that one out. Already got my bolt guns packed up for a trip over Thanksgiving week.
