Guys exaggerate there use. I don't know a farmer that has used them in year's. Mid 90's, yes. Pre park hunt's, yes. Are there a few that still do?? Evidently as DNR said that some 2000 were issued this year, but there use has declined right along with the deer herd size. You can probably thank the growing popularity of leasing The Farmers are starting to see the value in Deer and I look for that to increase as people are willing to pay more and more for leasing

You can probably thank the growing popularity of leasing The Farmers are starting to see the value in Deer and I look for that to increase as people are willing to pay more and more for leasing I know in the southern part of the state the decrease is the direct result of replacing the person that previously gave them out.
