PHOTOSHOP! Don't you know that Photoshop is the tool of the Devil?!?!?!?! You'd have to hang out over at ArcheryTalk a bunch to get that sarcasm. Cool photo. Hunter480 - I really think that the bulk of the problem is communicating via the internet. I really don't think most of us are as bull headed as we come off from behind the keyboard. Unfortunately, it is difficult for even the most skilled writers to communicate well through written text, especially on highly charged topics. I'm sure if many of us were to be hanging out in a local archery shop, or other hunting arena, just shooting the b.s., all would be cool. It is much easier to walk away with a better understanding of what the other side has to say in that setting. All is good .... even if you are wrong ... (that was a very bad joke, please take it as such)

if you like it, kill it. And enjoy!
Really guys, what else is their?
After hours and hours of reading and posting stupid crap, i feel like a real dumba** for argueing/discussing about this crap, the answere is soo simple, just too simple. Everyones hunting situation is different, if you like, kill it! Who really cares what you kill as long as its what you want and its legal! My son will go ape nuts when he kills his first deer this year, and he won't care what anyone thinks about its size. I'm sure we all love taking the deer we chose to take, who cares what our friends/neighbors think. If you care what they think, you're hunting for the wrong reasons!!!

Lug that is the best thing that I have read yet. Just hunt for what is legal. No saying that I wish I could change the minds of the if its brown is downers, no its gotta be mature, no nothing. Just hunt for you. Sometimes the bottom line of what you take is dictated by what you see and what you hunt for meat first antlers secone or antlers first meat second. If you do not see big deer (not all will or do) then you are not going to take big deer even if thier tracks are in your area.

Now-to help the herd and kill a big doe. Like I said earlier-it`s all good. You`re passionate too about deer hunting and what you feel to be right-that`s something I can only admire-gotta have a passion for SOMETHING. I don`t trust/don`t care for guys who seem to have no passion for anything. For me-all is well with the world.
