Anybody know of any? Buddies 70 has many ant hills. There was a TX study about imported red fire ant control and fawn recruitment.

Sponsored by Quail Forever. Bob Fisher is the contact person 765-712-0094. Sept 1, 8-1. Discovered my nephew was a 13 yo natural born killer on his first hunt when he got 13. Us two years ago. They are reserving all the north fields for the hunt. I walked them today and they look good!

Most important thing about hunting and deer anatomy no one ever talks about my dad taught me early on: two holes are better than one!

I hope the 450 lives up to its rep. Will by my first year using it in an ar. Its been very accurate. I was also excited about 44 magnum until actually shooting a deer with it. It's hard to compete with a 12 ga slug for stopping deer. Used a 30-06 for a couple deer that went further and less blood trail than 12ga. It sets the bar high!

Looked like it was still in one piece. It was and it did the job! Only problem with Muzzie failure ive ever had has been with a four blade. Some of the blood trails are better with a four blade but the blades with occasionally break.

Something completely waterproof like Muck boots. Have buddy's that like alpha burleys. Rubber and synthetic boots stink. Search our past discussions to deodorize them for deer hunting....actually all boots stink!

I've only heard of half of those. Thought the Greenbrier was like ice cream for deer. Try walking through it when you least expect it. It's got thorns like Multi-Flora rose..... If they want ice cream they can come out to the food plot! I'll trade you some multifloral rose for some greenbrier. Would even be willing to throw in some autum olive to sweeten the deal😉 Seriously I don't remember any in my buddy's 70. Think the deer control it.

Depending where I look: Phragmites Cattails Autumn Olive Multiflora rose Tree of Heaven Canada Thistle Honeysuckle Greenbrier Field Bindweed Beggar-Ticks and a species of grass that grows 30"-30" tall and has sharp edges on the leaves. I've only heard of half of those. Thought the Greenbrier was like ice cream for deer.

Found this today: Stag horn sumac? Think it's too tall for sumac. It is also called Chinese sumac. Main tree is over 20 feet tall.

Burning is fun! I learned for best results leave the vegetation 6-12" long before spraying with glyphosate. The spots I had mowed down to about 4" didn't have enough fuel to continue to burn

We did some burning yesterday and tilled strips in the plot where the clover was weak. Fertilized and spread pure attraction on one side and beets and greens on the other. Some of the Egyptian wheat screen that had blown down came back up.

Valid point , lots of trees look alike from ten foot away. Or miles Looks like tree of heaven to me. Supposed to suppress growth of other trees around it.
