Found about 10 in Clay county this afternoon, only 5 weren't dried up, bringing my season total to about 25. HORRIBLE year for mushrooms. I also pulled off TWENTY ONE TICKS!!!

Do you know about the permethrin tick spray that you make up to treat your clothes with that lasts for a BUNCH of washings? It might be in the turkey hunting section. You buy the stuff from TSC in bulk, mix it at a 19:1 or 20:1 ratio with water and spray your clothes. A now $22 bottle will last for years. |

I've used (very sucessfully) a mixure of Hi Yield 38, mix is almost 4 tablespoons per gallion of water. Esshup is right in that once sprayed on until damp then let dry, it'll last through several washings. |

Yes, Marshall county. These were on my wife’s aunts place, lighter soil, probably warmer too. I live on heavy clay, mine are just starting.
