Please share your results. Would also like to know equipment used, hooks, line, bait etc. moved to the river a couple years ago and my son has been wanting to set limb lines. I know nothing about it as I have never done it. Thanks.

I've been fishing Indian Creek a little here and there by my new place. Just caught a very few small largemouths so far. I need to try some live bait on the bottom for cats. It seems like there's more gar and carp in there than anything. Bow fishing is fun for those guys

As for bait live bluegills or cut Asian Carp / drum works great You’ll need to label each rig with name phone number and customer ID

Not a hoosier fish...but a nice nurse shark. It took me a while to get it close to shore. Ended up breaking the line, not sad about that. The pier pro told me it was solid 7.5 foot. I would have said 6 ft but hard to judge. Fun stuff. Lost what I believe was a nice red fish just 15 min before this guy hit.

Went and checked lines this morning. 20lb and a 5lb both on live bluegill. Normally would of thrown the smaller one back but he ate the hook.

Eshup. Yo eshup!!!!! Keep or get it out? Your call, it's not an invasive rush. Any non-invasive plants in the water will help create habitat for fish and if right net to the water like that it will create habitat for frogs and other critters. You can always spray them or use a weed whacker on them if they are restricting access to the pond. Deadeer was right, left here on Wed am, drove to Freetown IN, continued to just on the Indiana side of Louisville, KY (Georgetown IN), ended up in Lonoke, AR for the night, picked up 850# of giant Bluegill for Dowling Park in Hammond, IN, Thurs morning, delivered them that evening, delivered to South Bend and Angola on Friday, spent today moving stuff from one house to another with 5 buddies.
