Don't know yet, this is dependant on an offer. The company I'm looking at has 6 offices in the area. I'll be at the Fishers branch next Friday talking with them again.

Hendricks Co. isn't a bad place to live. Just watch out for the property taxes, they're a bit steep!

The North side has the best economy, but you will pay for that with population/traffic! I suppose you would get used to it.

You were in the "Pro" column until that one. ;D It is not that central Indiana is bad, it is just that southern Indiana is much, much better. Now if Doc will just hurry up and finish her degree so I can heed my own advice! ;D

I actually rather enjoy life north of 40 ( ), but I pretty much grew up in and around suburbia until I began high school. I even feel claustrophobic though in certain areas around here. There are definitely pros to the country--and southern Indiana would be perfect if they'd open a Starbucks, Barnes and Noble, and a variety of fine restaurants in the greater metropolitan Shoals area... (Josh will say--why do you need a variety of fine restaurants when you've got Velma's, and you can go to the Snitz down the road in Jasper? ) I actually really enjoy visiting Fort Wayne and wouldn't mind living around there (for other reasons besides high taxes). The amount of urbanization up there doesn't really bother me, because it attracts nice resources like bookstores, restaurants, museums, libraries, etc., etc. Fort Wayne is a great place to eat out because it is a test city for new restaurants! ;D Plus the people are generally very friendly. Oh, yeah, finishing the degree--that was the plan, wasn't it?? *nervously grabs a stack of articles and a highlighter and starts hurriedly dissertating*
