Idk which section to post this in. But it is live from the stand. No deer seen yet. But I did just hear a gobble followed by what sounded like a fight to the death. Sounded like it was a battle.

Got in the stand late, 4pm eastern, and had a nice tall buck in the cornfield eating for about 20 min. Didn't do me any good, already harvested antlers. Of course he walked to within about 80 yds, and me holding a 300yd pistol. Never fails, want a buck, see does, want does, see buck. Could try for him with the crossbow though, it is urban and I have shot my doe already! Hmmmmmm.

Put down this big fella down tonight around 5:30 while chasing a doe. The .357 mag only let him run 20 yards after being hit. Successful hunt!

Great buck; those 357 rifles won't hardly kill anything will they!

We were the only ones checked in to area 58 and we had to watch the video. I'm hunting right by the creek and it's pretty full.

Back out again here in Benton Co. Windy, but I'm on stand down in low area so it's not too bad. Nothing yet, hopefully today will be the day. Good luck everyone!

Back out again in Monroe County. Looking for the monster I saw yesterday so Mission5 can bag him. We've had one doe come in to about 10 yards half an hour ago. Nothing since.

Just got busted by the big 8 pointer ive been tracking. Two more steps and he would have been in the lane. Must have caught my movement. Bummer. He was moving with a doe across the field and turn right toward me. I guess i got a little too excited and moved too much while shouldering the shotgun. Dang!!! Got a good look at him though. Hes a big boy. Gray muzzle. Been in these woods a while i think. Nice morning.
