No deer sightings yet, only heard few shots far off in the distant, usually sounds like a war around here

Close to a dozen shots around me in central jasper county. Saw doe #4 at 09:06. One doe had her tail half way up and was bleating as she sauntered past me. WIND IS BRUTAL!

Haven't seen anything other than 2 coyotes here in our ground blind in Hamilton County. The wind is starting to get really fierce! We're staying put till 1215, then a quick run for lunch and right back into the blind. We've only heard 3 shots all morning.

I wonder if I could get food delivered to me in my blind? Boy that would be nice! Wind is really cranking up here! I hope they move a little this afternoon before bad weather moves in.

It is supposed to be real bad Sunday down here. That will spare some deer for sure..... By no means do I consider myself a fair weather Hunter, I have already hunted through rain, cold weather and high winds, but tomorrow's forcast just seems horrid. I will still get up and check, but outcome looks bleak. Stepped out of my blind to stretch, lay down a scent trail with a drag, and hang two scent wicks. One is, per my range finder, 85 yards and the other is 101 yards

Couldn't get in my stand this morning for fear of spooking deer off the ridge. Hunted a natural ground blind and had a buck broadside at 15 yards. Spike or a forkie. 7:15 I hear deer running. Had a doe and two yearlings come by . Shot the doe at 30-35 yards and both yearlings approximately 20 minutes later. Only 2 other shots heard all morning. Kinda slow here in northern Dearborn county. Hunting my parents this evening for a buck or the piebald. Good luck.
