In late 2009 I bought a Hexagon Autumn Leaf Camo Hunting Blind from Rural King. I've used it twice. The first time I took it down one of the plastic hubs broke. I didn't use it again until this turkey season and I just sort of propped that broken side up. A wind got ahold of it and now I have four out of five hubs broke. Trying to find replacemnet hubs. The ONLY identifying mark on it is Autumn Leaf. So far Rural King has been no help at all. Other than the hubs the blind is pretty nice. It is - SKU: 008126025 www.ruralking.com/blind-hunting-autumb-leaf-camo.htmlDoes anyone know where I can buy replacement hubs for it? Preferably better hubs? TIA...........

The hub is 2 ¼” in diameter. It does look a lot like these Double Bull hubs that an AT member referenced… shop.primos.com/pc-1147-126-aluminum-hub.aspxAnyone have a Double Bull and can give me a measurement on the hub? I will call Double Bull Monday and ask details, etc…

I has an Ameristep once. That has a pin to hold it in place. This has a ball on the end of the rod and is like a hip socket.

A good machinist could make on in a short time, I hade one made at my previous place of employment from teflon flat stock and it was unbreakable.

We had a couple of new blinds out this year. A heavy rain, and then ice, dropped the top down and one of the support rods broke. I'm still trying to find a way to replace the rod. I think my hunting partner bought them through Sportsman's Guide. I like the ease of setting these "umbrella" style blinds up but they didn't seem real rugged against the conditions.

Look at Rural King for the fiberglass fence posts for electric fences.

Maybe he can help me out I've been told by a guy on AT that Double Bull wont sell me any hubs as they are warranty items. I'm not going to lie and tell them I have a Double Bull so that avenue may be out.. .

Personally I would call ALPS first but that's only because I'm used to dealing with them on their ScoutDirect program (anybody that has Boy Scouts really needs to get hooked up with ALPS on this program!!)
