Woodmaster just called from Illinois,.
He killed a ten pointer that could make B & C.
I'm on my way over there right now.

Woodmaster called back and we have a change in plans.
The field he is hunting off of is muddy and we need a 4 wheeler.
The drag would be at least 3/4 of a mile around an unpicked bean field..
He is way back in and had not seen anyone hunting or heard any shots in the area, so he has hid the deer and coming home to get the 4 wheeler and then then we are both going back over.
More later...

I can't imagine a field would be muddy right now. I mean, we've only had a third of a FOOT of rain this month! Good luck getting it out.

We just got back from Illinois.
Woodmaster's deer looks to push the heck out of 170. Not a whole lot of deductions either.
Woodmaster's hunting buddy Dean Stallion killed a whopper ten pointer over there this evening too. It looks to go about 150 or so.
Two great deer that were killed within 200 yards of each other.
I'll let Woodmaster post the story and pics - might have to wait until tomorrow though.
He'll be hunting out little 40 acres in Warrick county and I'll be hitting KY...
