Yeah... the little one had a great time but just to correct something, she's only 3 weeks old, at 6 weeks old they are already in pink camo ;D Your boys will never live the pink camo down.

Alright, I threw alittle something together for you to watch. I tried to host it on my photo bucket account, but it had problems uploading so I hosted it on our website, http://www.hoosierhitsquad.com./Homecoming.html . While you're there, check out the site (and store, hint! hint!). Man was it a blast, if you missed this year, you definitely need to be there next year. Woody thanks again for a great site and for putting together this great outing. Sorry for the poorer quality of pictures, but it really degrades when compressing to put into flash for the internet. Art, definitely want to get together and do some shooting out of the blinds! We'll have to shoot alittle skeet sometime too, I'd like to practice that some more! I have a ton of photos also that are not on the little video (I think I had some where around 200 photos, so if you want any just ask and I'll post them up on the forum here and you can swipe it off there. P.S. if you have any problems accessing it, etc. let me know.

Matt that is awesome, the high speed photography of the clay shooting was unbelievable - however, we know that Travis still used Photoshop to show that he hit one.

Jake and I had a GREAT time! It was nice meeting everyone and we're looking forward to next years annual. I believe we did "The Duke" proud.
Some comments:
Woody organizes as nice a get-together as he does a website.
bsutravis takes great pics
Atterbury has a bang-up shooting facility.
drgreyhound burns easily.
singleshooter has a very impressive arsenal (sorry I didn't have time to shoot any of it)
h.h. makes some killer deer sausage
The waterfowlers only seem to miss a bird when the geese are honking (whats up with that?)
shootsa410 shoots a 410.........very well.
deertracks smiles more on-line than he does in person.
chicobrownbear calls himself chicobrownbear for a reason.
turkeyscout should be on the advisory staff for Summit treestands.
If I had known that Art, you could have stopped by last night, I had a bunch left over.

Hoosier Hunter--great slideshow! You must have put a lot of work in on it today. We appreciate it! Mbogo and I have noted that our objective at next year's get-together should be to make you puke... And yes, "how'd he do that again" is right! (Nice shot with the hips way back trying to maintain my center of gravity and keep from falling over face-first holding up that heavy gun!!) Anyways, GREAT photos and well-done on the slideshow! Could you please PM me with the photos of me and Mbogo and me shooting Art's .410 if you don't post them? Thanks so much! ;D

drgreyhound burns easily. LOL, I didn't know that either until before the get-together! Being a full-time grad student keeps me indoors and out of the sun most of the time, plus I lost 57 lbs from last August to this April and have literally not worn shorts in years, so in addition to reminding me of the "blast" (literally!) I had with y'all, the burns remind me of the fact that I can now wear shorts in public... ;D (but I might not want to until they look pale again!)

Matt..... If I were Emeril I'd put my fingers to my mouth, smack my lips and say something French! Totally awesome job on the Flash show! You and me have a similar taste in music..... Nothing like, "The Conversation" and "Kawliga" to use as background music! I'd love to see a few of those action shots in high-res with the shotshell still mid-air. It wasn't the camera guy, it was the camera.....that thing is awesome.
I KNOW what kinda time went into that......so thanks a million! It looks awesome!!!!!
Dang this site is awesome!!!!!

Yeah, it took alittle time, but it is fun when it's done! I wish I had brought the video camera also and taken some clips to mix in. I thought about it originally, but thought I would take a break from it, now I wish I hadn't. Yeah, the original photos in full resolution are awesome! Definitely some good posters there! I'll post up a few to look at, but I'll have to do it in a day or so, our phone lines here have been messed up since Thurs., I don't know what it is, but we haven't had a home line since then, but the DSL works, but it isn't at full speed either, it took 1hr. and 10 min. to upload the flash page on our site, and it was only 11 MB, so something is a matter! Bingo on the music! I thought alittle Bosephus would be appropriate.

Throwing out a few thoughts.....
Down the road we will be critiquing the event more as to what was good , what needs to be changed and what could be added to make it even better. All input from all members will be valuable at that junction.
We WILL be doing this Homecoming as an annual event.
Also, it has been mentioned that we could get Mini-Get Togethers going on a REGIONAL ( SW,NW, SE, NE OR SOUTH AND NORTH OR WHATEVER) basis. I'm all for that as we have found out that a person to person meeting is GREAT! Of course, that would need a point person in each area to head that up.
Think about this and hold those thoughts until we can figure out the best way to utilize all input..
Thanks for being the best forum members ever..
