Looks great! Is the plow hooked up to the hydraulics?
Now you will need to get 2 sets of chains. That plow looks about as wide as the one that is on the 65 hp 4wd tractor.

It doesn't have rear hydraulics. Simple enough to turn the blade and pin it for angle. Already done. It is a little large for the units size. But I dont have much driveway or plowing to do either, and it's free to experiment. I will try it next winter before pursuing anything else. I can always shave it down some if need be, but I'd like to leave it whole. I can always leave it up off the ground some for weight if it doesnt have enough traction. Chains are out for me.

Hate to bust your bubble but that blade is way to big for your tractor. If you got a inch or two yes but what you get I’d say not a chance. I’ve got a vortex motor that’s like 200 more hp in my truck and I don’t think I could push that plow granted I know we are geared different but I think your asking a lot

I’ve got a vortex motor that’s like 200 more hp in my truck and I don’t think I could push that plow granted I know we are geared different but I think your asking a lot I agree it was a little too large. This plow was on my F150 with a V-6. It handled it absolutely fine. I could push snow with no problem. This is an old Western plow that is not all gusseted up and heavy. Also keep in mind, I am plowing a small driveway and yard, and the wind row from the county plow. Nonetheless, I narrowed it because it was a burden sticking out too far when maneuvering around the place. Plan was to keep it intact, but decided heck with it, been sitting 2 years now, time to use it. I did drag it around the driveway getting it evened out today and it handled well.

I would set plow at angle so the snow rolls off blade quicker if it’s deep.

Something I forgot to post. The tractor didnt come with a step, although it has provisions for one. I priced it and our local dealer said $90. My buddy has the factory step on his, and it's a flimsy piece of tin. So I made up this step setup and it works great. Solid even with me on it.

Is that bolt on? Mine has a belly mower on it 8 months of the year so wouldn't put one on but if I ever decide to not use the belly mower that would be a nice addition

This is the ham dandiest thing I’ve done for my tractor bucket. A little welding, a 7/8 ball, and a half inch hole in the bucket. I can move flatbed trailers, livestock trailer, and the boat without ever getting my fat butt off the seat. It comes off and on easy with 1 bolt. So much easier than backing a trailer.
