Wife and MIL both sick and tested positive for covid. Both ok, and wife is bouncing back now. BIL also positive but no symptoms. Last night I lost my taste and smell. Luke cant smell either.
Had zoom meeting with doc today. He is panicking since I'm high risk with blood pressure, diabetes, and still overweight. Said to watch like a hawk and go straight to ER if anything, especially breathing issue comes up. I am the only one vaccinated. I still feel absolutely fine, so gonna lay low and follow orders with high vitamin and zinc doses, hydrate, and lay low.
Fingers crossed fellas. Will keep updated.

Hope everyone comes out of this all okay. The loss of sense and/or smell is about as guarantee as you can get for Covid symptoms. Hopefully that’s the only symptoms you both get. Just follow doctors orders and do the best you can.

Stressing over it will only cause more issues. Listen to what your doc says. Take it one day at a time. Prayers that everyone gets better.

Prayers for all of you.
Can your doctor get you in for the anti-body infusion?
I know several people that had that and it helped them tremendously.
My daughter and son in law also was prescribed Ivermectin. Most doctors won’t do that but some will. I’d ask about that too.

If your doctor is freaking out you might try another. Prayers for fast recovery. Woody statement is right on.

MANY times I have made a literal mountain out of a molehill and I have never helped myself by doing so. Keep your head together and leave it in the hands of the Lord. Praying for a speedy recovery for you all.

BTW-
When my daughter and son in law got it I knew it was not a matter of IF they got it but a matter of WHEN. They hit bars, concerts and was big in the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival in Evansville He is a Nut Clubber.
Of all my family I worried the most about them because they are both obese and he is diabetic
With the treatments and medicine they got they were pretty well over it in 4 days, thank the Lord.

No, not freaking out! All good. I dont have any symptoms other than the no taste and smell. I feel great. He said we will move along IF anything comes up. I have 100% full faith and trust in him.
Want to go hunt, but dont want to be out in the dang wind and risk it. Will see what tomorrow brings.
Thanks for the support.
