I hear what you are saying. I remember quite vividly fishing with my dad and two uncles like it was yesterday and dad has been gone for 25 years.

What meds did you finally get in her? A z-pack for respiratory and steroid for cough. Nothing mainstream you read or hear about directly for covid. |

I did get her a little riled up today. I said you would be 5 days ahead if you would have taken the meds from the doc when he offered them on Thursday. She was a little combative about that suggestion. Lol. So she still has some feisty in her.

Not surprising, but not what I wanted. I tested covid POSITIVE as well. Still feeling fine at least.

Doc said days 4-5 and 9 are the days symptoms show up the strongest. My day 9 is Thursday. If no further, I am cleared to return to work on Monday! He thinks since nothing knew for me yet, I should be in the clear! Yay!
Talked to him about wife. He asked if I got all 3 scripts for her. I said no, I got 2. He checked and confirmed he sent 3, to WALMART. He then called them and they said, oh we dont have that one! Would you think they would have told the DOC, or me when picking up? Stupid A$$es. So he sent to CVS and it was ready in a half hour. Unbelievable!
Luke still has no symptoms other than smell loss, and he is cleared for school on Monday.

If both of us were sick at the same time as bad as wife is, not sure what would have happened. Definately nothing to mess around with. Everybody be safe and use common sense please. |

Wife is about fully recovered now. Slight cough and taste still off, my taste is same and still no smell. I took her out to eat at her favorite place, Hacienda, and she was so happy! We visited both our mothers today and went to the grocery store. Nice getting back to a more normal pace.

So two of my sons and Sam's girlfriends all have the same thing. Sam took the pcr test and it came out positive. I'm already over it. Just a little tired. I had it three days and all of us are getting over it. I had colds way worse than Covid. Now I have more anti-bodies to fight off other viruses. There are millions of those viruses. 3rd time exposed that I know of and 1st time getting it. I think my wife is ok. She had covid last year. No symptoms so far.

Everybody seems to be handling it differently. Everybody's immune system must be a little different. Everybody just please be safe and use common sense.
I dont want to see any mandates for anything. I want everybody to be able to make their own decisions.

A little update. My son David and I had a mild case and is over it. My son Sam and his girlfriend are still sick. Sam has asthma and it has flared up. He is going to the hospital now. His doctor is on vacation. Bad timing. He needs steroids for the asthma.
