The prosecution isn't very good.

The prosecution's star witness screwed up big time. Then I read where the detectives were told not to get evidence off the shooting victims phones, by order of a prosecuting judge. It's looking more and more like he's gonna walk free

What are the "protests" going to be like when he is rightfully acquitted?

I thought it was funny when the car lot owner said he did not ask the group KR was with to protect his lot. Like he would admit that.

The Judge just admonished the prosecutor for trying to bring in something that the Judge had already told him not to.
The exchange was a bit...tense, to say the least.

He got admonished for violating his 5th amendment. Judge knows at this point, slim chance he's convicted, it'll get overturned on that point aline. Best part so far was the prosecutor with his face in his hands when his star witness admitting to chasing and then raising his weapon at Kyle before being shot. He won't walk scott free. I'd guess minor in possession

So when this is over, will the ones he shot be charged with attempted murder or at least battery with a deadly weapon?

"Dad, can I borrow the AR this weekend? I'd like to go the riot"
Where the heck are the parents in this?
He may have been defending himself, but the boy had no business there.

As I understand some are upset at a joke the judge made about asian food. He said something to the affect of I hope the asian food I ordered doesn't take as long to get here as it does to unload one of those boats.
The left is calling it racist, I probably wouldn't have worded it that way but don't find this comment racist.

Facts are facts though the whitness stated he drew first.

"Dad, can I borrow the AR this weekend? I'd like to go the riot" Where the heck are the parents in this? He may have been defending himself, but the boy had no business there. In the end, possession of the firearm is a misdemeanor (according to what I've read). I've seen clips of all three shootings (and unless I've missed something) it looks like Rittenhouse is backing away and/or on the ground and trying to protect himself in every one of them. I read that his parents are divorced and they have 3 children. His father lives in Wisconsin while his mother and two sisters lives in Illinois with Rittenhouse. One report I read stated that his Dad is an alcoholic and barely works. It also stated that his mother has struggled for years to keep a roof over their three kids heads. As for Rittenhouse having "no business there" I can't disagree, but he was and he's going to have to deal with whatever consequences come his way. Sounds like a mess all the way around.

I don't understand the possession charge since he was legally allowed to have a gun at 17 in Wisconsin. The possession issue is his home state of Illinois. The gun was not translated to Wisconsin, it was already there sine he couldn't have it at his age in Illinois. Granted his house and the riots were like 50 miles apart, bit still different states.
