Dad will be using the 6.5 Creedmoor with 127 LRX, daughter will be using the 6.5 Grendel with 129 ABLR, and I plan to carry the .308 Win with 130 TTSX. The .308 is a Ruger American and the other two are Ruger Predators. All shoot amazing! Haven't had the Grendel long enough to fine tune the load to under a 1/2" @ 100 yards, but the other two just make one ragged hole.

Crossbow. Hunting my spot that the owner only allows bows. Was planning on gun hunting but since I got those two this week on the gun property I'm opting to go to the other property for doe patrol.

This year, playing with a 450BM AR for the woods, 6.5 Grendel AR for all around, and 270W Encore for long range. Toned it down this year due to a busy schedule. Good luck all...

Ruger hit it out of the ballpark with their American. I haven't heard of one that didnt impress on the range.

.243 Browning A-Bolt Mountain Ti for the woods, opening evening I'll be hunting a field where the shots will be further than 100 yds and I need to drop the deer in their tracks so I don't spook the other deer, so I'll be using either my FN SPR in .308 or my long range gun. Both are way more accurate than my .3/4 to 1 MOA .243.
The evening hunt is more of a crop depredation hunt (does) without the crop depredation tags so I'm limited to 2 antlerless deer for the season there. Since it's a 2 hour drive, if I can get them both the same evening, that would save me a lot of time.

I'll be using my T/C G2 Contender rifle in 44 mag. and also the Desert Eagle 44 mag. pistol. With as close as quarters as I'll be in I figure moving the rifle around would be harder to go unnoticed than the pistol. So I'll use the pistol if they're up on the hill where I'll be and the rifle if they're down the hill around the creek. I'll be surprised if I see any though,I definitely need to find a better place to hunt .

I'll have my 30.06, Ruger M77 Mark II. Taking a rookie coworker on his first deer hunt. He's got a .270. I like the 270 flat shooting plenty of distance hardly any kick not real heavy to carry plenty of knock down power on most any game you can get ammunition just about anywhere you go
