Okay, first and foremost this is completely 100% voluntarily ran and data submitted. With that I have no promise as to when or how I'll wrap up all the data and present it, but I promise I will.
With all the various discussions on all sites/pages and such I've decided for myself to operate a small (in comparison to what the DNR does) deer survey. This in no way will paint a picture for the entire state...nor could it more than likely be used to argue a case for anything specifically. However, it may shed light, and create thoughts and discussions...which is a good thing.
Okay so please consider submitting by email ( smallacrehunting(at)gmail.com ) answers to the following specific questions. Now PLEASE remember in order to digitize and chart out responses it is necessary to have specific numerical responses. If you are between two numbers I am going to ask everyone always rounds down...while I don't believe this will be a factor for most, it may for some hence why the attempt at uniformity.
I will be creating a PDF document of this, if you know area hunters or know a place that would put this out for the general hunting public to take just let me know and I'll send you a PDF file of it. It will have the email on it and will be a fill in the bubble type if people wish to mail it in or scan it.
