I am an able bodied man (not sure about young) who switched to crossbow for one reason, I am more accurate and confident with it.
I always default to the legal weapon that gives me the LEAST chance of wounding my prey. Anything less and, in my opinion, I'd be trading ethics for machismo. I will never hunt deer with a weapon just because it's more of a challenge. That's not what it's about for me.

No I did not move the goal posts. Don't blame you lack of comprehension on anything other than that.....
It appears you thought my original post was in response to your original post.....it wasn't.
Another case of you being incorrect.

The folks I personally know who have made the switch feel similar to you Met. Not sure why Woody has a problem with folks who have made the change or with my observation of those changes.

And Woody.... you didn't show me how past data from any other state is relevant to what is currently happening in our state. As stated before, many times, our hunters experience and observations will be the go to method of determining the impact of changes in our state.....not data from other states.
Data from other states ...... the data you cited.... might have been relevant in the argument for their legalization but it has little to do with our ship now that it had sailed.
Nothing you say will change that.....
