Missouri hunter here. 22 yrs. and did not start until 36 yrs. old. Now I am just about ready to retire and then I am going to go and hunt each species except the one in Central America.
I have killed several but never have counted. I like to do all the tail mounts and make spur necklaces. But when I first started just kept the meat and nothing else. Now I make wingbone calls, and use feathers for all kinds of projects, fly tying, etc. Tail mounts, and other mounts.

This will be my third year. I hunt the tip North East corner of Indiana. No birds yet. I think this will be my year! I'm going to try to block out golf a little more and focus on bringing home a bird.
