I use two; a Wyoming knife for zipping them open, then a Browning multi-blade folder/locker for the remainder.
Used to use a Buck 110, but broke off the tip of it several years ago breaking the pelvic bone. Haven't gotten a new blade on it yet...

I use El cheapo's because I have a very nasty habit of leaving them in the woods next to gut piles. Nothing valuable or sentimental !

I have two, a case trapper and an uncle henry trapper that have gutted every deer I've shot. They have also skinned a lot of muskrats, squirrels, coons, mink, gutted ducks, cleaned out fingernails, etc...
I have even peeled a potato or two with them in camp.

I have several. My favorite: an old file honed into a knife blade and mounted in a small deer antler. A gift from someone. A couple of good sharp pocket knives, and new this year, a nice set of knives that I bought for butchering, skinning, etc.... can't wait to try them out. BTW, I like knives.

Score another for the Gerber Gator series. I have the Cabelas/Gerber "Ultimate Field Dressing Kit" which has the Gator hatchet, knife, and 2 bone saws. Before I had that, I had (have) a 6" Puma hunter and a Leatherman, backed up with an Ulu for skinning and a Gladius for heavy/defensive work.

Ive got three, two Buck Alpha with gut hooks and one Buck 110 that ive had for over 30 years. Ive done a lot of deer with the 110 and several hogs and deer with the Alpha. I always carry two knifes while hunting, one in each from pocket. h.h.

I had one that would not stay locked open, sent it to them and they sent another one free.

I used to have a Buck Crosslock with gut-hook and a saw blade for the Pelvis. It was the best knife I've ever owned but unfortunately it was lost in the woods somewhere.
I replaced it with a much cheaper Mossy Oak brand knife that also feature a gut-hook and saw blade, but it is too early to tell how good it is going to be.
