Would you take responsibility if you allowed a person with mental issues to kill their self or another one of your family members......isn't that why you had the person with issues adjudicated. Seems like a lot of trouble to go through if there is no threat.
I would not recommend going through the adjudication process unless absolutely there is no other recourse.
But because of this law, it is no longer a life sentence.....seems that would make you at least a small bit happier than before this new law?
