It might be hard to claim they are being a nuisance eating corn you put out for wildlife.

Time definitely flys by. Squirrel hunting is one of my favorite things and some of my best memories of my dad include the time we spent in the squirrel woods. I look forward every year to slipping in under that same old shagbark on opening day that I have for many years.

Woody, you are incorrect . The dnr has the means to clarify this in a matter of weeks. The question is do they want to or do they rub this in the legislators face for a while on how confusing things can be if dnr matters are left up to the legislators. BUT they do have the power to fix or clarify next week. You are referencing something such as an entirely new law which has a somewhat lengthy process. Anything done by the legislature can only be changed by the legislature. Now they may seek the advice of the DNR but the DNR cannot do it on their own.

I am having issues with neighbors setting up blinds or stands on my property lines. This shrinks my acreage I am able to hunt safely with my children. I'm proposing 50 yard setbacks from property lines to give more distance between neighbors. Opinions? No offense but you asked for opinions. This is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard and thankfully it has zero chance of ever becoming law.

First the DNR would love to clear cut and harvest the Hoosier to get Grouse Habitate their hands have been tied on this Second you can't get Top Posision filled with intern pay You have this backwards I say their doing pretty good working with what they have been dealt . And what is socially acceptable and demanded is not always the best . Let's leave it to the pros not the Polititions I agree the salaries they offer suck and management practices are regulated but the end result is that it appears nothing is getting done.

If the DNR wants to maintain control of managing wildlife they need to get their act together. We have been without a deer biologist for over a year. Now I know this has nothing to do with the rule making process but it sure doesn't appear they are serious about managing wildlife. We also just lost our fur bearer biologist and they have sat on their hands and allowed our grouse population to decline to the point we no longer have a season. You add all this up and why wouldn't someone in this case the legislature take matters into their own hands.

Nevermind....found it. There is one in Louisville, I haven't lost it completely. Although not sure how I didn't see it the first time I searched. Hope to check it out this weekend. Unless you are in the area for some other reason going to the Louisville cabelas is a waste of time.

This doesn't mean if it's not marked with purple it's a welcome sign does it??? No it allows the paint inlieu of a sign. Paint is cheaper and can't be torn down sounds like a good idea to me.

If your local solid waste department can't help you I would contact a tire dealer they will be able to point you in the right direction to dispose of them legally
