BINGO hiking is allowed on this property, ONLY if you reserve it You have to pay to get in a state park, pay a fee to sleep in their lodges, pay a fee to camp in their campgrounds, pay a fee to swim in their pools, pay to eat in their restaurants, pay a fee to launch your boat, and pay a fee to fish in their water. Pay hunting doesn't surprise me. None of those things locks others out though. I can rent a cabin at Brown County S.P., but that doesn't keep everyone else off the public use trails, lakes, etc.

The IN DNR is leasing OUR public land, 300 prime acres in Parke county for hunting.
Going rate is $1200 for 3 days (minimum length) including use of the "lodge"
This information is publicly available or has been confirmed with IN DNR officials.
This is just not right!

great idea. Positive things might come out of this that benefit you both...keeping trespassers off, passing on yearlings, help with dragging deer out, food plotting, etc Have you tried talking to them regarding the hunting?

same thing here the big boys just vanished off the mineral licks.... Pulled trail cam card's y'day. (I have mine on mineral lick site's.) Interesting that over a 7 day period I had 1 small buck pic, rest does and fawns. Prior to last week I was getting as many buck's as doe pic's. This tell's me that buck's antler growing phase has ended and they are changing feeding pattern's somewhat to acorn's, maturing corn , late alfalfa. Moved cam's to alfalfa field and a corn field edge now. Also will be closing my mineral sites this weekend as season approaches.
