Does anyone read Rick Bramwell's articles in the Anderson Herald Bulletin? After actually spending more time in the woods than reading newspapers, I've had some time to catch up on a months worth of Sunday papers, and I'm thinking that this guy has a lot of BS even for an outdoor writer. If you could call him that. Supposedly he has plenty of ground to hunt in the southern part of the state as well as Madison County, yet he never seems to connect on a deer. He was best buds with the director of the DNR who just vacated his position for a more lucrative job, but he hasn't mentioned anything about that. It's great that he has introduced his daughter to hunting, but I don't care to read about her slumber parties in an outdoor column. Therefore I'm going to petition the paper to allow me to start writing their outdoor column on Sunday. At least I know that I'm full of BS, and I'm sure you guys can give me input on what to write about that would make for a little more interesting reading!!!!! ;D

I used to work for the newspaper before moving here to Lafayette. I kind of understand what you are saying, he is a nice guy though from what I know. If I remember right he has written about wounding deer before which I don't think should be in the newspaper. I do know that I liked his articles more than the guy that writes here in Lafayette.
