Well August is upon us and the season is drawing near, everywhere I look I'm seeing deer. Soy, wheat and hay fields in my area are holding large numbers of deer. Took my family for a drive last week and saw close to 20 deer in a 1/2 hour span. A good mixture of sizes and sexes. Really got me worked up for another year. Things will be a little different this year as we are moving from our small town. Will now have to get up an hour earlier to hunt.Oh well sometimes life throws a curve and you have to adapt. Can't wait till October.
