Anyone confused on who the "good guys" are? No confusion at all-The Israelis had initially shown great restraint, as they have had continual suicide bombers attacking their people and rockets raining down on their cities. Once the soldiers were kidnapped, they decided they had had enough. And keep in mind that, even after the Israelis evacuated the West Bank, leaving it to the Palestinians, the Palestinians stated that gaining the West Bank was only the beginning, that their full objective was to wipe the Israelis off the face of the earth. Along the same lines, the President of Iran has stated that the Holocaust is a myth, never actually happened, and he also stated that the Israelis are to be destroyed. God promised that land to His people, the Jews, in the Old Testament, and it is rightfully theirs. They have the right to defend themselves and protect their interests. Currently, the Israelis are being attacked for what some call, a disproportionate response to the kidnapping of their 2 soldiers, but look at the facts. The facts are, the Israelis showed great restraint for a period of time the United States certainly wouldn`t have, even prior to attacking major civilian areas, they’ve dropped leaflets telling civilians to leave, they’ve even called civilians on the phone with warnings of the impending attack. Hezbollah has impeded civilians leaving the areas under attack, has used civilians as “shields”, firing rockets, as well as housing fighters in civilian heavy areas, daring the Israelis to attack them. Reportedly, the residents of Lebanon are pledging their support for Hezbollah and support their unprovoked attacks against the Israelis, and specifically, Israeli civilians. The Israelis have NOT specifically targeted civilians, although Hezbollah HAS, intentionally targeted civilians with the bombs they`re raining down on Israelis cities. The United States is, rightfully, supporting the Israelis right to defend themselves, and it is acknowledged, even in much of the Arab world, that the most radical elements of the Muslim extremist groups, such as Hezbollah, must be crushed. In their zeal for Jihad, these extremists are even targeting Arab groups they don`t feel are supportive of them. I don`t believe for one second it`s ambiguous where the evil is emanating from, and who the “good guys” are.

No mystery to me either , if the spread of the cancer known as radical Islam isn't snuffed out soon we run the risk of another world war .

More rhetoric from the Mid-East, Syria is calling the Qana attack, in which an estimated 50 people, including women and children were killed in an Israeli air strike, “an Israeli Holocaust”. Get that? The horrible killing of scores of civilians during a war, the same as the butchering of millions of Jews in the concentration camps. The Lebanese government is THANKING Hezbollah for it`s attacks on Israel in it`s “perceived” defense of Lebanon. Kofi Annan, head of the paper tiger, the united nations is calling for an immediate cease fire in the conflict, while condemning the deaths of civilians in the Qana attack-no word from Annan condemning Hezbollah for using civilians as shields. Iran reportedly has begun to ready it`s troops for attacks of Israel as well as the United States interests. In the US, after a muslim gunman entered a Jewish charity in Seattle by using a 13 year old girl as a hostage to gain entry, he opened fire with 2 semi-automatic pistols, wounding 5 women and killing a 6th woman. Seattle authorities say they are guarding Mosques in the area in fear of retaliation.

The reason the issue is clouded in any confusion at all is because the media trys so very hard to paint a picture of Jewish aggression.

Keep in mind who is in Palestine and Hezbollah's corner in all this....Al-Qaida! This isn't just a mid-east issue, Al-Qaida has already declared a holy war against Israel until Islam reigns from Iraq to Spain. No confusion here either!

No question on who the bad guys are here either. Isreal is rightfully defending itself. If they have to flatten every city in Lebanon and kill every so called civilian, I suppose that's what the Lebanese have coming for allowing a terrorist organization to operate from their territory. Hezbolla and all the other terrorst organizations are nothing more than cowards hiding behind women and children to keep world opinion against the Israelis and the US. Those killed in the air strikes yesterday had been warned to get out and they chose to stay. They alone are responsible for their own deaths and the deaths of their children. If I'm not mistaken President Bush clearly stated that any country that harbors or supports terrorists will be destroyed in this war on terrorism. These people need to listen and stop the BS.
