From what I've heard....false. The antlers will keep growing and stay in velvet.

What good is the rack without testicles. What would you be fighting for? Cuddling time?

Several years ago I shot what I thought was a large doe. Turned out to be a buck but it only had small buttons, and it testicles were the size of dried raisins. So I would say no testicles no antlers as such.

This Vigo County buck was shot by a friend of mine in late October and had no testicles so I'd say positively false.

He's gotta have testicles if "any" of his weapons are to harden. ;D
