I recently received an email stating that cell phone numbers were soon to be released to telemarketers and to call a toll free number to be placed on a no call list. I was concerned that the call might be a scam to get our numbers and we'd end up with an outlandish phone bill from some place in "who knows where". Does anyone know if this is on the level? Slim

Our local news said yesterday that they would reveal the answer to that very question this evening , I'd be interested to know too . If it's about as successful as the Federal and Indiana DNC lists have been for me so far I won't waste my time either way , our phone still rings a lot from those dammed autodialers . Personally , I pity the hapless telemarketer who calls me on mine , they won't hear much for a week after that call , although their vocabulary is likely to be expanded by a few choice words ...

If you follow the rule..... If its in an email, it probably is not true. You will be right 95 percent of the time.
