I was leaving the woods Sat at 1. I was getting ready to go through the gate and I see two deer standing the in the alfalfa patch eating. I could tell one was buck from a 100 yards. So I get down below the field and walk along the edge. I made a mental note of where he was. When I thougt I was there I walked up the hill into the field. His head was down so I kept walking. I was 10 yards away and stopped didnt feel like getting closer. He finally lifted his head up. His brows were 3 inches. He was out past his ears by 2 inches on each side and at the end it looked like a big ball of antlers where is was going to do some more growing. Need less to say I was impressed with this only being May. I am sure all that alfalfa has helped. It is now waste high, it has been to wet to cut.

I will see him. But of course it will be walking back to the camper after hunting all morning. Or after dark while walking out with my flashlight.

The company is Dana Corporation...I guess all the big dogs think us little guys who make them all the money are making to much money, but when I see what them guys make and the direction they make the company go burns me up,it's all about the the share holders and profits to them.I understand it's a business and they need to make money. Before Dana took over the division we had over 800 people working there, the place was booming, now we just have over 200 there.I got my WARN notice friday.About the only good thing that will come out of this is I may get some schooling and a little servance deal,I plan on taking full adavantage of everything I can.I just wish there was more here in south centeral Indiana that paid a decent wage you could live off of.Anyways I am done griping...
