No, what is "inappropriate" is for someone to stick a gun in an employee's back.
He showed total lack of concern for his threatened employee.
He is basically telling all the crooks in the world," Come and rob McDonald's as we will give you all the money we have".

I didn't really expect any better from a company that routinely gives in to demands made by animal rights groups.
