Got a call from the taxidermist my Saskatchewan buck was finished .... I picked it up after work today ... sorry for the blury picture , its from my cheap digital .... I think he did a nice job .... he even fixed the broken split brow tines ...

RJ, you have a lovely rack.
Is it just me, or do those Sask bucks always have that big thick brawler style neck? Maybe I have only seen them in the peak of the rut, but I love it.

Thanks guys ... yep the rut was on when I was there .... saw lots of Mule deer bucks chasing does as well ...
I hunted with Garett Tully of Lucky Lake hunting adventures ... their specialty is waterfowl .... but Garett knows his way around deer !
